Threading causes mild to moderate discomfort but is quick; trained technicians minimize pain with efficient technique. For very sensitive skin we offer topical numbing on request and gentle aftercare to calm redness and reduce sensitivity.

Most clients see smoothness for two to six weeks depending on individual hair growth cycles and hormonal factors. Regular sessions slow regrowth and often produce finer hair over time; schedule follow-ups accordingly.

Threading removes hairs from the root and can make regrowth finer, but it is not a permanent removal method. For permanent reduction consider laser treatments; threading remains excellent for maintenance and immediate cosmetic results.

Avoid heavy creams, retinoids, and oil-based products for 24-48 hours before your appointment. Clean, dry skin allows the technician to work precisely and reduces risk of irritation or clogged pores after threading.

Apply a cool compress and an alcohol-free soothing gel for the first 24 hours. Keep the area clean, avoid sun exposure, abrasive exfoliants, and heavy makeup for 24–48 hours to reduce irritation and lower ingrown hair risk.

We assess active acne before treatment; threading over inflamed or open lesions can worsen irritation or spread bacteria. We may recommend postponing until breakouts calm or provide a modified approach to avoid affected areas.
